I want to introduce you to me and my babies. My name is Star and I am 22. I live in Asheville, NC. Over there is a pic of me as of a few years ago. I'll upload a newer one as soon as I can. I work at the video department in a grocery store. There will probably be some interesting anticdotes about that for me to share.
I have 2 cats that live inside. The youngest and most spoiled is Baby. She was a stray that showed up on my back porch about a year ago. She was somewhere around one month old and feral. Never found her mother so I started feeding her until she'd come inside. Now she's the most spoiled cat I've ever owned.
Yuki is japanese for luck. When she was less than a month old there was a hole in her side. It went through the skin to the muscle. I have no idea how it happened but after about a week of antibacterial lotion it healed up. So I named her luck =) She looks just like her grandmother (Sasha, who died in October) and has many of her mannerisms. She acts a little brain dead and if you look straight at her eyes they look crossed. She's a sweetheart though. Oh and she's the one on the right.
We've had Rosie since she was a puppy. She'll be 14 in October. She's part sheltie and part dachsund. She can't hear very well...or see very well. She's a great loving dog though.
